A surcharge of € 0.50 is added to all tickets sold at NS Service Desks, Wizzl convenience stores and Kiosk shops.
At major station, NS Service Representatives are available on the station concourse and the platform to assist you with your travel needs.

Information concerning lost or found property should be reported at the NS Service Desk.

Sell tickets without seat reservation for the Benelux countries and western Germany. For personal sales of train tickets you pay a supplement of € 3.50.
