Ordering in Mijn NS Zakelijk

NS-Business Cards and supplementary season tickets are ordered by either the NS contact person at your company or by the card holder. This depends on earlier agreements.


There are 3 ways to order an NS-Business Card

  1. The card holder orders via Mijn NS Zakelijk
  2. The card holder orders via Mijn NS Zakelijk, but the order must be approved by the NS contact person at your company before being put through to NS
  3. The NS contact person at your company orders via Mijn NS Zakelijk

Card holder

Are your employees receiving NS-Business Cards? With your authorisation, they can order the cards themselves via Mijn NS Zakelijk. The employee will automatically receive an email from NS stating the date from which they will be able to order an NS-Business Card. This depends on agreements made with the employer. The employee will then receive an email with a link to his or her own personal Mijn NS Zakelijk account.

NS-contact person

The NS contact person at your company can approve an order for an NS-Business Card, or order one on behalf of an employee. The employee receives confirmation of the order and can follow it in Mijn NS Zakelijk.

What can you order?

Via Mijn NS Zakelijk the NS contact person can:

  • order personal NS-Business Card(s) (individually or several at once)
  • order a departmental card; an NS-Business Card which is not registered to one name and can be used by everyone in a department
  • order a company card if this included as part of the product range for your company.

A passport photo is required for NS-Business Cards with Traject Vrij and Trein Vrij season tickets. You can upload the photo in Mijn NS Zakelijk. If NS already has a passport photo of the card holder, for a consumer season ticket for example, then this photo can be reused. Once uploaded, NS passport photos are valid for 20 years.

Ordering a departmental card

If the departmental card is part of the agreed product range for your company, then the contact person can order it via Mijn NS Zakelijk. Departmental cards are ordered with or without a Dal season ticket. The departmental card can be linked to the employees that are going to use it to travel. They then receive access to Mijn NS Zakelijk and can, for example, add (invoice) properties to their journeys. Ordering a company card

The contact person can also order a company card if the departmental card is available as part of the product range for your company. Choose a departmental card during the ordering process, but do not fill in the name of the department. This NS-Business Card with or without a Dal season ticket will then be registered to the name of the company. The other season tickets are always personalised, and must be registered to the name of a person when ordered.

NS-Business Card delivery time

You will receive the NS-Business Card at the address given, within 14 days of ordering. You can follow the delivery date on Mijn NS Zakelijk. In case of delivery to your place of work, please take the mail processing within your company into account. If you have not yet received the NS-Business Card on the stated delivery date, then please contact Customer Service NS Zakelijk.
