Travelling with annual season tickets
Forgotten your season ticket?
Buy a ticket at an NS sales outlet. Your employer can claim the costs of this ticket back up to three times per year. You can get a refund form at the NS service desk at the station. If you are already on the train, the conductor will write out a penalty ticket known as an Uitstel van Betaling or UvB (a deferred payment notice). Your employer can claim the costs of this fine and ticket back up to three times per year. You can get a refund form at the NS service desk at the station.
Refunds for delays

- Mark the Jaarabonnement box on this form and fill in your card number.
