Not booked or checked in
If all the gates or check-in/check-out columns at a station are not working, you can book the journey online or purchase a paper ticket. If you are unable to present a paper ticket to the inspector and have not checked in or not made the booking correctly, a correction fare will appear on your invoice.
Forgotten to check out?
If you forgot to check out with NS, you can still do this until 04:00 that night. If you want to cancel your journey after checking in, you can check out again free of charge at the same station up to 60 minutes later.
Forgotten your NS-Business Card Dal?
If you have forgotten your NS-Business Card, you can buy a ticket at an NS sales outlet. If you only discover in the train that you do not have your card on you, the ticket inspector will charge you the journey fare plus the legal penalty.
Loss or theft
If your NS-Business Card is lost or stolen, you should report this immediately to your employer's contact for NS.
Privacy
Using your NS-Business Card means that you have accepted the terms and conditions of the public transport smart card and the product terms and conditions of the NS-Business Card. NS may use your personal details to inform you about products and services. Your details will not be passed on to third parties.
