Questions about terminating or cancelling your NS Bicycle storage season ticket.


Guarded and self-service bicycle storage facilities

Requesting termination of an annual season ticket for guarded bicycle storage from a service employee

Did you purchase your season ticket at the storage facility? Then you can tell the attendant at the facility that you would like to cancel your annual season ticket. You can use the form at the bottom of this page to request payment of your reimbursement.

Terminating an annual season ticket for guarded self-service bicycle storage (purchased before 3 July 2017)

In order to terminate your season ticket for the guarded self-service bicycle storage facility, you must send us your access card and a filled in refund form. You can find the form at the bottom of this page. Use a sturdy envelope and attach the access card to a solid background. The address is:

Upon receipt, we will reimburse the overpaid amount and the € 20 deposit for the access card.

Terminating an annual season ticket for guarded or self-service bicycle storage purchased online

Would you like to terminate your annual season ticket for guarded or self-service bicycle storage that you purchased online? You can do so by telephone on 030 - 7515155. NS Customer Service is available day and night. After termination, you will receive a confirmation by email at the email address registered with us (see your personal online environment). The overpaid amount for your season ticket will be reimbursed automatically.

Terminating storage on account

Would you like to terminate storage on account? You can do so by telephone with our customer service department. They are available day and night on 030 – 7515155.

Terminating a season ticket

In order to terminate your bicycle locker season ticket, you must send us the key to the locker and a filled in refund form. You can find the refund form at the bottom of this page. Use a sturdy envelope and attach the key to a solid background. The address is:

Upon receipt, we will reimburse the overpaid amount and the € 40 deposit for the key.

Cancelling a reservation

Are you on the waiting list for a bicycle locker, but no longer need one? Then we would greatly appreciate it if you let NS Customer Service know.

Reimbursement payment

If a season ticket ends early, you are entitled to reimbursement. This reimbursement is made for the period up to the date that the season ticket is terminated. The remaining amount, as well as the deposit, will be reimbursed to the account number you have given us within 6 weeks. Under Calculating reimbursement payment you can see how much you will receive as reimbursement.
