Weekly analysis of crowd reports

The reports of crowded trains that we receive are analysed weekly. The 10 trains that we receive the most reports about are presented to you in a list.

There have been multiple reports that the train is too short to accommodate the actual number of passengers. We are investigating this route.

The number of reports for this train is too low to be eligible for investigation. As far as we can currently tell, this is a one-off incident. Please inform us if you encounter overcrowding on this service again.

The trains on this route have been temporarily running with less carriages than planned

Various circumstances can lead to trains temporarily running with less carriages than planned. Disruptions on the track can lead to trains having to take detours from their normal route or different trains running than planned. We are continually making improvements to the process to keep trains running according to plan as much as possible.

We want to add carriages to the train on this route. The possibilities for doing so are currently being investigated. Check this overview later for the results of our investigation.
