With Mijn NS, you can easily manage your personal information or subscribe to the NS newsletter. If you are a business customer, you can use Mijn NS Zakelijk instead.


Link your OV-chipkaart to Mijn NS

With Mijn NS, you can easily manage your personal information or subscribe to the NS newsletter. You can also link your OV-chipkaart to your Mijn NS account using a card service code. This is a unique code that allows you to privately access your travel records, providing you with an overview of all of your NS trips and travel expenses.

If you are a business customer, then you can also use Mijn NS Zakelijk to arrange many of your NS transactions.

Requesting refunds via Mijn NS

You can also use Mijn NS to request refunds for delays or when you forget to check in or out. Each calendar year, you can request a maximum of 3 refunds online when you forget to check in or out. After that, you must contact NS Customer Service to request a refund.
