General Terms and Conditions
On 3 December 2009, the European Regulation on rail passengers’ rights and obligations (Regulation No. 1371/2007) came into force. If and insofar as provisions of the AVR-NS or product terms and conditions are inconsistent with one or more of the provisions of this regulation, the corresponding provisions of the regulation shall take precedence over the corresponding provisions of the AVR-NS or product terms and conditions.
