Your NS-Business Card is expired. Now what?

Your NS-Business Card will expire soon. That means you and/your employees have enjoyed the benefits of our NS-Business Card for five years now. Thank you! In many cases, we can replace your card automatically, so you do not need to do anything. Find out if that applies in your situation on the page below.

Check your address!

We will send your new NS-Business Card to your private address or to your company's contact person. Check to see if your address is correct in Mijn NS Zakelijk. If you are unsure about whether you will receive your card at home or at your work, ask your company contact person.

Passport photo?

If you have a Trein Vrij or Traject Vrij season ticket, then your NS-Business Card features a photo of you. If you have granted permission for NS to save your picture, then you need to do nothing more. However, if not, then we ask that you send us a new passport photo.

Choose the option that applies to you:

  • I am the contact person for my company, or I manage multiple NS-Business Cards
  • I am an employee with an NS-Business Card (card holder)
  • I am self employed with an NS-Business Card
