If the card holder has a Trein Vrij season ticket or an OV Vrij season ticket (Trein Vrij season ticket + Bus Tram Metro Vrij) then these journeys will not be visible in the transaction overview in the paid for part with other carriers.

NS-Business Card holders can add the property ‘Privé, ‘Zakelijk’ or ‘Woon-werk’ to every transaction in Mijn NS Zakelijk. This gives you an insight into the ratios between business travel, commuting and private travel for every card holder using the NS-Business Card. For example, you can use this specification to calculate the private use of every card holder. If your organisation does not wish to facilitate private travel, then it is necessary to reach agreements with your staff.
Adding properties to a journey in Mijn NS Zakelijk
Card holders and contact persons can add properties, such as a project name and/or number, to journeys online in Mijn NS Zakelijk, using a free text field. These properties are stated in the next invoice specification in .csv format. Properties can also be added to journeys with other carriers as long as these journeys appear in the transaction overview.
Is the supplementary information not visible on the next invoice? When all journey properties have been added, the contact person can request another digital invoice specification in .csv format in Mijn NS Zakelijk. This will work because Mijn NS Zakelijk always shows the most recent information.
