As the NS contact person at your company, you manage your employees' use of NS-Business Cards and department or company cards. Mijn NS Zakelijk is a secure online environment especially for that purpose.

What can you do in Mijn NS Zakelijk?

  • create Mijn NS Zakelijk accounts for employees
  • add and delete card holders or enter address changes;
  • order and approve cards;
  • view your company information and contracts;
  • add details to travel and transactions;
  • view and download invoices, specifications and transaction information;
  • request replacement NS-Business Cards for lost, stolen or defective cards;
  • change or terminate supplemental season tickets on NS-Business Cards.
  • request refunds for delays for department and company cards via Refund for Delays form

If your company has signed a contract with NS Business, then the contact person for NS will receive login details for Mijn NS Zakelijk in an email.
