Reclaiming or transferring your balance

It is unfortunately not possible to transfer your card balance to a new OV-chipkaart, but you can request a refund of your OV-chipkaart balance. Read what to do in various situations below.

Request a refund by sending in the form and your card. Your card will then be terminated.
