Making changes

You can change your personal information online using Mijn deur tot deur or Mijn NS. Do you have an annual season ticket for bicycle storage on your NS-Business Card? Then you can change this using Mijn NS Zakelijk.

Changing your information

In Mijn deur tot deur you can only change your email address, password and bank account number. Your other personal information can be changed in Mijn NS. You can use Mijn deur tot deur to view invoices and, for example, purchase a season ticket for bicycle storage.

Changing your information if you have an NS-Business Card

As an NS-Business Card holder, you can view various door to door services using Mijn NS Zakelijk under Mijn NS-Business Card. Would you like to change something? Then get in contact with the NS contact person at your company. If you are a freelancer or the only card holder then you can make changes yourself using Mijn NS Zakelijk. To do this, you must log in as the contact person with your username, not with your email address.
