Request refund for delay
If your NS journey was delayed by 30 minutes or more, you can use this form to ask for a refund. You can alternatively ask for money back through Mijn NS – that’s even easier.
If you travelled on the high-speed line (HSL) by Intercity direct or the intercity train from The Hague to Eindhoven via Breda, you can use the form below to request refunds for delays of 15 minutes or more.
