Request forgotten to check in or out

If you have forgotten to check in or out, you pay an NS boarding fee or correction fare. As a courtesy, NS gives you the opportunity to request a refund a limited number of times if you have forgotten to check in or out. You can arrange this simply yourself through My NS. If you enter the information about your journey below, we can calculate the journey price. If the request is approved, you will get back the difference between the actual journey price and the excess boarding fee or correction fare.
