Prepaid travel to Eindhoven Airport (train and bus)

An OV-chipkaart (public transport smart card) lets you check in and out fast. Make sure you have enough balance left on your OV-chipkaart. You can top up your OV-chipkaart and pay for your journey easily by checking in and out. With a season ticket, you will need to have at least € 10 as starting fare (in Dutch) on your card to be able to travel. Without a season ticket, the starting fare is € 20.

Single-use smart card

If you do not have a season ticket or OV-chipkaart, you can buy a single-use smart card loaded with a full-fare travel product (train + bus ticket). Then enter Eindhoven Airport as your destination station and enter the station you are starting from.

For a single-use smart card (in Dutch), you pay € 1 more than when you use a prepaid OV-chipkaart. Single-use smart cards are available from:

• NS ticket machines;
• NS service counters.

E-ticket

If you do not have a season ticket or OV-chipkaart, you can buy a full-fare e-ticket (train + bus) to Eindhoven Airport online. Choose for Add to card and enter the station where you are travelling from. Enter the journey and the traveller's name and pay for your order by iDEAL, then download and print your e-ticket yourself. Use this printout to board the train.

Is there nowhere to park at Eindhoven Airport?

Yes, there is: but if you take the bus to the airport, you will not have any parking charges to pay, you will not need to look for a parking space and you can start your holiday without any stress.
