Assistance in case of loss, theft or damage of your bicycle, access card or key.


Bicycle stolen / damaged

Guarded bicycle storage

Has your bicycle been stolen from a guarded bicycle storage facility? Report this to the bicycle storage facility's attendant as quickly as possible. He or she will provide you with further assistance.

Lost access card or key

Self-service bicycle storage

You can report the loss of your access card to our Customer Service department using this form. Within a few days after the report, you will receive a letter requesting that you transfer the deposit for a new card. The deposit for your old card is forfeit. Once you have paid the new deposit, the new card will be sent to the address you have given us as soon as possible.

Bicycle locker

If you lose your key, report this to our Customer Service department as quickly as possible using this form.

After reporting the loss, you will receive a letter from us requesting that you transfer € 50 as a deposit for a new key. This covers the cost of replacing the lock. The deposit for the old key is forfeit. Once the lock has been replaced, we will send you a new key.

Damaged access card or key

Self-service bicycle storage

You can press the SOS button at the entrance to the storage facility if your access card or bank card is not working. The employee that answers will be able to provide you with further assistance.

Bicycle locker

If the key to your bicycle locker no longer works due to damage, you should report this to our Customer Services department using this form.
