We recently starting recruiting participants for the NS Zakelijk Expert Group, which consists of points of contact for NS Zakelijk. In several surveys each year, we ask them to give us feedback on our communications, but also to share their critical thoughts about various other subjects, such as additional services or new products on the NS Business Card and the Mijn NS Zakelijk account. You can complete the survey where and when it suits you. The NS Zakelijk Expert Group is part of the existing Panel for NS Passengers, but you will only receive surveys for NS Zakelijk.

We want our expert group to be as big as possible, and we would love to hear your opinion. If you'd like to contribute your ideas about the products developed by NS and respond to our online and offline communications on our website and Mijn NS Zakelijk portal and in our e-mails and letters, sign up for the NS Zakelijk Expert Group
What do we expect?
We will send you an e-mail with the request to complete a survey several times a year. We'll always indicate how much time each survey will take. Before you can take part in our surveys, we'll ask you to answer some questions about who you are and for which company you're our point of contact. Completing these initial questions will take about 5 minutes. After submitting your answers, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail and we'll generate a personal page for you, on which you can review and change your details. As soon as there's a new survey, we'll send you an invitation.
We'll keep you updated on the results
