Correction fees NS-Business Card
If your employee forgets to check in or check out, or travels 1st class when their season ticket does not include it, we will charge a correction fee.
The correction fee depends on the season ticket. We always settle the amount via your invoice.

If a check-out is missing for a journey on NS trains, we will correct it automatically, up to three times per calendar year. If we cannot be sure which station it was, or if your employee has already had three corrections, we will charge a correction fee. We do not automatically correct a missed check-in.
