Correction fees NS-Business Card
If you forget to check in or out on the train or other public transport, we cannot determine the fare. We then charge a correction fee. Correction fees differ per subscription and will always be settled via the invoice.
Did you miss a check-out on an NS train? You can correct this yourself in Mijn NS Zakelijk, up to 3 times per calendar year. From the sixth time onwards, this is only possible via our Customer Service.
