What is the Plus-package?

The Plus-package offers your organization flexibility in mobility. With the NS-Business Card, your employees can travel not only by public transport but also use shared transportation like the OV-bike, Greenwheels car, or Check scooter. Additionally, they can easily park their own vehicle at P+R locations or on the street.

All trips made with the NS-Business Card are automatically processed in NS Go, ensuring a clear administration. The platform makes it easy to add trips with personal transport, allowing you to always monitor the costs incurred and CO2 emissions.

Furthermore, the Plus-package from NS Go provides automatic checks and clear reports that directly comply with legal requirements, such as the CO2 reporting obligation. This saves you valuable time.

Why does the Plus-package suit my organization?

Controles op ritten en thuiswerken automatiseren

Je hebt in de Keuzehulp aangegeven dat je enkele rit- en thuiswerkcontroles wilt automatiseren om de werkdruk te verlagen. Als het gaat om ritten met de NS-Business Card, vergelijkt NS Go de rit van je medewerker met het woonadres en het organisatieadres. Als deze overeenkomen, krijgt de rit het kenmerk woon-werk. Wijkt de rit af, dan krijgt deze een zakelijk of privé kenmerk.

De mobiliteitsregels voor deze controles spreken we samen af en leggen we vast in NS Go. Met het Plus-pakket van NS Go kun je tot 10 mobiliteitsregels instellen. Wil je er meer, dan is het Pro-pakket van NS Go een goede keuze.

Koppeling met HR-, finance- en payroll-systemen

Je hebt aangegeven dat je geen koppeling wil tussen NS Go en de systemen van HR, finance en payroll van je organisatie. Dat betekent dat reis-, fiets- en thuiswerkvergoedingen niet automatisch met het salaris worden verrekend. Als je dit wel wilt, is het Pro-pakket van NS Go een goede optie.

Single sign-on
