Checks for commuting, business, and private travel
Set up automatic checks on your employees’ travel behavior. NS Go verifies if the check-in and check-out with the NS-Business Card match the stated departure and arrival stations. This way, trips are categorized as commuting, business, or private.
Trip registration in one place, including private transport
All trips with the NS-Business Card automatically appear in NS Go. This applies to every mode of transport and for commuting, business, and private travel. Trips with private transport and work-from-home days can be easily entered by your employees themselves.
NS-Business Card for all travel
With the NS-Business Card, your employees travel with all public transport and shared transport, such as the OV-fiets, shared car, and shared scooter. They can also pay for parking with the mobility card. You decide which options are available. All costs appear on one monthly invoice.
Meet the CO2 reporting obligation immediately
With handy reports, you see exactly how travel behavior, costs, salaries, and CO2 emissions stand. This way, you meet the CO2 reporting obligation right away. You also keep full control over your mobility policy and organizational goals 24/7.

What are the benefits of the NS-Business Card?
  • Less administration because you no longer have separate travel declarations. 
  • Extra flexible door-to-door travel with one card. One day the train and OV-fiets are most convenient, the other day the shared car, metro or bus.
  • Pay monthly in arrears via a VAT invoice, suitable for the tax authorities. You do not need to load more balance with the NS-Business Card.
  • No fixed costs, but only pay for the trips you make. No travel = no payment.
  • You can order the NS-Business Card for free.
Tip: do you regularly travel outside rush hour or on a specific route? A subscription offers you extra benefits.
Check which subscription suits you and/or your employees
The NS-Business Card with or without subscription. How does it work?
The NS-Business Card is a travel card with which you check in and out in public transport and at our door-to-door services. Your employer receives the invoice afterwards. It is not a subscription (because you only pay for the journeys you make): it is a card that you use to travel.
Do you regularly travel by train on the same route? Or outside peak hours? Then a subscription is almost always more advantageous. Your employer can easily add a subscription to your NS-Business Card. This is completely optional and flexible to activate, change or cancel.
With an NS-Business Card without subscription you can travel just like with an OV-chipkaart, only you will not get a discount on the fare.

Do all NS products fall within NS Go?
Yes, all NS products are included within NS Go. With NS Go, you can request free NS-Business Cards for your employees, allowing them to travel by public transport and shared transport. They can also use it to pay easily for parking. On the NS-Business Card, you can add a subscription that fits their travel habits. If your employees often travel on a fixed route, choose the Traject Vrij subscription. If they mainly travel outside rush hours, the Dal subscription is a good choice.
NS Go is the platform where all your employees’ journeys come together. All trips are automatically registered. Employees can quickly and easily add trips with their own transport and home working days. Thanks to integration with your HR, finance, and payroll systems, reimbursements are automatically settled with the salary. This way, NS Go helps you simplify the administration and registration of business travel.
What about privacy & security of NS Go?
We take the processing of personal data of our millions of travellers extremely seriously. The security of all our systems is therefore regulated at the highest level.
NS Go has been developed in accordance with both 'privacy by design and by default' and 'security by design and by default'.  The security baseline for all our information systems is based on the controls in ISO 27001 Annex A.
All processing agreements with our suppliers are updated and formalised under the GDPR. Moreover, both the NS Go platform and the underlying services are hosted in Western European countries.

Yes, during the implementation of NS Go we observe the legal and fiscal obligations. The NS Go platform is designed to facilitate this as much as possible.
