With the NS-Business Card, you have access to all public transport, shared transport, and parking. Within your platform, you can view travel behavior and CO2 emissions in basic reports.

What does the platform offer?
Flexible and sustainable travel
Your employees have access to all public transport, as well as shared transportation options like OV-fiets, Dott, Greenwheels cars, Check shared scooters, and taxis. They can also park their cars on the street or at P+R locations.
No individual expense claims
All the trips made by your employees will be consolidated into a monthly VAT invoice. If they do not travel, you do not pay. This means you no longer have separate expense claims.
Less administrative work
Employees no longer need to advance expenses for their trips and submit claims. As a result, the finance or HR departments do not have to reconcile individual travel expenses with salaries.
Gaining insight into travel behavior
With convenient basic reports, you continuously have insight into travel behavior, CO2 emissions, and costs. This allows you to have 24/7 control over the agreements and objectives of your organization.

My NS-Business Card is stolen, lost or damaged. What should I do?
Is your NS-Business Card lost, damaged or stolen? Blocking your card and requesting a new one will depend on your situation.
I am an employee
Ask your organisation who is responsible for arranging a replacement card: you, or your employer's NS Zakelijk contact person.If you can request a new OV-chipkaart yourself, then here's how to do so:
  • Log into Mijn NS Zakelijk with your work email address.
  • Go to 'Mijn NS-Business Card'.
  • Request a new (duplicate) card. We will then immediately block your old card.
You will receive your new card at your home address within 10 days.
If you are not allowed to request a new card yourself, then your employer's NS Zakelijk contact person can do that on your behalf.
I am a self-employed professional
If you are a self-employed professional, log into Mijn NS Zakelijk as a contact person with your user name. Then request a replacement (duplicate) card. We will then immediately block your old card.
Continuing to travel
You will probably want to keep travelling while waiting for your new NS-Business Card to arrive. Fortunately, you can request a refund for travel costs that would have been covered by your season ticket.You can request a refund up to 90 days after the date of travel, with a maximum of three refund requests per calendar year.
Claim travel expenses back
For which NS-Business Cards does the Missed Check-out Service apply?
For the NS-Business Card without a subscription, NS-Business Card with a Dal subscription and NS-Business Card with a Traject Vrij subscription. In the latter case, we will credit the correction fee and will not charge a fare. The Missed Check-Out Service also works on department cards. With these cards, we’ll send an e-mail notification to the Cardholder Contact.
With which subscriptions may I give a Co-travel discount?
You can give fellow passengers a Co-travel discount if you have one of the following subscriptions on your NS-Business Card: Dal, Traject Vrij, Trein Vrij, OV Vrij, Traject op Maat, or if your organization has an NS-Business Collectief.
When do I have an NS-Business Card with or without a photo?
There is a passport photo of yourself on your NS-Business Card if you have a Traject Vrij, Trein Vrij, OV Vrij or Traject op Maat subscription on your card. This is necessary for possible checks by the conductor.
If you do not have a subscription or a Dal subscription, you do not have a passport photo on your NS-Business Card.
