Entering into a contract
How do you enter into an agreement with NS Zakelijk?
If your organisation orders one or more NS-Business Cards, you enter into an open-ended agreement with NS Zakelijk.
Are you ordering your NS Business Card(s) online? Then the agreement is created automatically and you will receive it by e-mail. Do you not order them online? Or do you want to order more than 5 cards? Then you must first conclude an agreement before you can order NS-Business Cards. You will need a Chamber of Commerce number for this.

Cancelling your contract
Terminating an agreement with NS Zakelijk
We’re sorry to hear you want to terminate the agreement. Please let us know why you wish to terminate the agreement, so we can continue to improve our services.
Before you can terminate the agreement, please make sure to terminate all linked NS-Business Cards in Mijn NS Zakelijk first. Next, please get in touch with NS Zakelijk. We’ll then take the final steps to terminate your agreement.
Ik heb het contract met NS Zakelijk opgezegd, maar ontvang nog wel een factuur. Hoe kan dat?
We will invoice all trips made monthly in arrears. We keep a payment period of 3 or 30 days. This means that you can receive an invoice even after your agreement with NS Zakelijk has been terminated. An example in the case of direct debit:
  • You and/or your employees travel in January.
  • The January invoice follows in February with a payment term of 3 or 30 days.
  • The direct debit takes place either 3 days after receiving the invoice, or in March.
