Which train tickets can you order?
The tickets listed below are available as e-tickets and/or single-use cards and will be delivered as soon as possible after payment is received. The delivery time is approximately 10 working days. All tickets are available for 2nd class or 1st class.
Day return or single trip valid during off-peak hours
Monday through Friday before 6:30, between 9:00 and 16:00, and after 18:30 (travel in morning and afternoon rush hours excluded). Valid all day Saturday or Sunday.
Day return or single trip valid throughout the week
Valid all days of the week, including rush hour.
Railrunner (Day ticket for children aged 4-11)
Valid all days of the week. Valid in 1st class when accompanied by an adult with a 1st class ticket Children can travel independently in 2nd class.
Terms & conditions
The following terms & conditions apply to NS tickets:
You are permitted to resell tickets, but only to existing customers.
You may not resell tickets at a higher rate.
The minimum order size for both e-tickets and single-use cards is 200 units, the maximum order size is 20,000 units.
Returning unused tickets: general e-tickets and single-use cards can be returned within 3 months after the issue date. Tickets expire after 3 months. When returning unused e-tickets and single-use cards, up to 10% (in units) of the total order size can be returned after the expiry date.
Note: Single-use cards can only be returned in unopened, sealed bundles of 50 units.
