Managing door-to-door services
When you enter into an agreement with NS Zakelijk, you can also specify which door-to-door services you wish to use. Here’s how.

Configuring door-to-door services
You can determine which door-to-door services your organisation can use per season ticket or class. The permissions you set will apply to all cardholders with the same season ticket or class. New NS-Business Cards come with these default permissions. Business travel by train, bus, tram or metro are a fixed part of the NS-Business Card package and cannot be deactivated.
Manage door-to-door services for individual cardholders
Your organisation’s NS contact person can also change door-to-door service settings for individual cardholders or groups of cardholders in Mijn NS Zakelijk after the start date of the NS-Business Cards in question. Cardholders cannot change these settings themselve
Door-to-door services on replacement NS-Business Cards
When you order a replacement card because your old card was lost or damaged, your new NS-Business Card will have the default settings for your organisation. All changes made at the cardholder level will have been reset.
Modifying door-to-door services in Mijn NS Zakelijk
  • Log in to Mijn NS Zakelijk as a contact person.
  • On the Mijn NS Zakelijk home screen, select a card, department, season ticket or class.
  • Choose ‘modify door-to-door services for selected cards.’
  • Modify door-to-door services for the selected card or cards.
Door-to-door services can also be modified for individual NS-Business Cards in the Card Details menu. Cardholders will be notified of the door-to-door services available to them by e-mail, both when they request a new card and when their door-to-door service settings are changed.
Sharing data with NS door-to-door partners
Due to privacy legislation, NS is required to ask cardholders for their personal permission to share information required for booking door-to-door services and communicating about this with our door-to-door partners. For department cards, we ask your organisation’s NS contact person for permission to share these data.If your organisation does not allow door-to-door services, no data will be shared. You can give permission by logging in to Mijn NS Zakelijk or by submitting your card number and date of birth via the set preferences form. These data are only shared when a cardholder actually uses a door-to-door service, with the exception of Q-Park. We automatically share the NS-Business Card Number as soon as the service is enabled.
Which data do we share with door-to-door partners?
With most door-to-door services, we only share the NS-Business Card Number. If you book a taxi or Greenwheels car, we will share additional information:
  • Bij de Q-Park P&R-terreinen delen we het NS-Businesscard-nummer, zodra je hiervoor toestemming hebt gegeven.
  • Bij de taxi delen we naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer en het NS-Businesscard-nummer, op het moment dat de kaarthouder de taxirit boekt.
  • Bij Greenwheels delen we de NAW-gegevens en het NS-Businesscard-nummer, op het moment dat de kaarthouder de auto aanvraagt.
