Lost or stolen NS-Business Card
Block your NS-Business Card quickly if it is lost or stolen. You can request a refund for the cost of traveling while waiting for your new card.
In all cases: block the card and request a replacement
Have you lost your NS-Business Card or has it been stolen? Then block the card as quickly as possible Mijn NS Zakelijk. Here, you can immediately request a new NS-Business Card. You will receive it within 10 days at the specified address.
Avoid paying too much. If you do not block your card, ourneys made after its loss will be charged to your monthly invoice.

- Log in to Mijn NS Zakelijk with your business email address
- Go to ‘My NS-Business Card‘

I am the contact person
- Log in to Mijn NS Zakelijk with your username
- Go to ‘Manage cards and card holders’ and search for the relevant card holder
- Click on the card number of the card you wish to block and replace
- Block the card using the button ‘NS-Business Card stolen, lost or damaged? Request a duplicate‘, under 'Arrange now'
Refunds for loss or theft
You will receive your new NS-Business Card within 10 days. If you have paid for travel that is normally covered by your season ticket in the meantime then you can request a refund. This only applies if you have ordered a new NS-Business Card with a Traject Vrij, Trein Vrij or OV Vrij season ticket.
