Cancelling a bicycle locker

You can cancel your bicycle locker season ticket by sending us the key to the bicycle locker and a completed refund form by post.

Cancel bicycle locker season ticket

  1. Stick the bicycle locker key to a firm surface.
  2. Download the bicycle locker compensation payment form.
  3. Print the form, fill it in and sign it.
  4. Send the bicycle locker key and the completed form to: NS Fiets BV, Afdeling Opzeggingen, Postbus 2572, 3500 GN Utrecht.

Getting a refund for your season ticket

If you cancel your season ticket, you will receive a refund if you have paid too much. After cancellation, the amount will be paid into your account within six weeks.
