Do you have an annual season ticket for a staffed bicycle storage? Send your subscription sticker by post to cancel your subscription. Also include your name, address, telephone number and OV-chipkaart number.
Send your cancellation to: NS Fiets BV, Cancellations Department, PO Box 2572, 3500 GN Utrecht.
After we receive your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation email. We will send this email to the address linked to your bicycle storage subscription.
If you end your subscription, you will often receive a refund. We will transfer this amount to you automatically.
