How to withdraw from parking during the cooling-off period
If you change your mind within the 14-day cooling-off period, you can withdraw from the NS parking service and cancel the agreement with NS for use of the parking service without giving a reason. This is called the right of withdrawal.
The 14-day cooling-off period starts the day after you first use the NS parking service and runs until 14 days after you first start a parking session in the app.
Changed your mind?
Please contact our Customer Service by phone, chat or social media and tell them you wish to use your right of withdrawal. You can also use the Model withdrawal form.
When will the agreement be terminated?
Parking via the NS app is included as a standard part of NS Flex. That is why it is not possible to end the agreement for parking via the NS app without also cancelling your NS Flex.
As soon as you tell our Customer Service that you wish to invoke your right of withdrawal, we will cancel your NS Flex and thereby end the agreement for parking via the NS app.
If you use an NS-Business Card privately with the Dienst Gesplitst betalen, the agreement for parking via the NS app will be ended at that point.
Already parked using the NS app?
You will still have to pay the usage costs (transaction and parking charges) for the NS parking service. These costs are not refunded if you invoke your right of withdrawal.
When you start a parking session in the NS app for the first time, you ask us to make the parking service available to you during the cooling-off period so you can use it immediately.
