If you want to cancel the business season ticket on your NS-Business Card, you can do this in Mijn NS Zakelijk if your employer has authorised you or if you are self-employed. Find out how it works.

How to cancel your business season ticket

You can cancel your business season ticket from one month after you start your subscription. You can do this in Mijn NS Zakelijk under 'Mijn NS-Business Card'.

If you are self-employed, do this in Mijn NS Zakelijk for contacts under 'Manage cards and card holders'.

Have you cancelled your subscription?

Please collect your cancellation confirmation from an NS Ticket Machine at the station. You will receive an email from us with more information.

Continue travelling with your NS-Business Card

You can still travel with your NS-Business Card without a season ticket. You will then pay monthly for the journeys you make.
