You can upgrade your business season ticket at any time. Downgrading is possible only after one month from the start of your season ticket.
You can change your Traject Vrij season ticket at any time, including during the first month.

Making changes and confirmation
You can change your season ticket in Mijn NS Zakelijk under ‘Mijn NS-Business Card’. Afterwards, collect your update at an NS Ticket Machine at the station. We will email you with further details.
If you do not collect your update, your new season ticket will not be activated.
