Do you work for ProRail, NS Stations, a rail-related company or another private operator? You can apply for an Access Pass, which grants you safe access to stations so you can carry out your work smoothly.

How to order a pass

Click the Request Access Pass button to order your pass free of charge through the web portal.

You will receive the pass at home within five to ten working days after your application.

How do I use an access pass?

You may only use the access pass to enter the station for work purposes. The pass grants access to one person.

How long is a pass valid?

A Access Pass is valid for two years.

My pass is (almost) expired. What should I do?

You will receive an email a few months before the expiry date at the address you used to order the pass. It explains how to order a new pass.

How many passes can I order per company?

You can order unlimited passes for your company.

I work for ProRail. What do I need to order an Access Pass?

If you work on behalf of ProRail in zone A or B for the NVW, you require a Digital Safety Passport (DVP). Please upload a copy when submitting your application.

Are there agreements between ProRail and NS about station access?

Yes, the access agreement with ProRail includes the arrangements for accessing stations and platforms. This information is publicly available.
