OV Service & Tickets shops
You will find our service shops at various NS stations. These are called OV Service & Tickets or Tickets & Service. Our staff are happy to assist with any questions about your journey, OV-chipkaart or season ticket. Local transport providers are sometimes present as well. Together, we ensure you start your journey smoothly.

You are welcome in our OV Service & Tickets shops for any questions you may have. For example:
- Personal travel advice: assistance with planning a day out.
- Information about season tickets: together we find one that fits your journey.
- Help with your OV-chipkaart: topping up your balance, replacing or blocking your card.
Information screens in the shop provide useful tips. You can quickly plan your journey at the self-service desks, for instance to a museum in Utrecht. A simple button prints your travel advice so you can take it with you.
