How many people can travel on the Group off-peak ticket?

The Group off-peak ticket can be used by a group of two to seven people. The larger the group, the greater the savings. Each person in the group receives their own e-ticket single ticket group 2nd class.

What is NS Flex Dal Vrij?

The monthly cost of NS Flex Dal Vrij is € 127,95. Your fare for journeys by train (outside your season ticket), tram, bus, metro and OV-fiets will be charged afterwards by direct debit. You can see everything on a single invoice in Mijn NS. Are you 65 or older? Then you pay a reduced price of € 59,95 per month for NS Flex Dal Vrij.

What is NS Flex Weekend Vrij?

With NS Flex Weekend Vrij you can travel unlimited on weekends and public holidays. The subscription costs € 39,50 per month. If you are 65 or older you pay a reduced price of € 28,95 per month for NS Flex Weekend Vrij.

Any additional fares for train (outside your season ticket, for example on weekdays), tram, bus, metro and OV-fiets are charged afterwards by direct debit. You will see everything on one invoice in Mijn NS.

How do I switch to NS Flex Dal Voordeel?

If you have a season ticket that requires you to load credit before you can travel by public transport, you can switch to NS Flex Dal Voordeel as your new season ticket. Do this in Mijn NS:

  1. Log in to Mijn NS
  2. Go to 'Switch to NS Flex now'
  3. Click the 'Order now' button
  4. You will arrive at a page listing all NS Flex season tickets.
  5. Choose your NS Flex season ticket and click 'View season ticket'. Then click the 'Order now' button.
  6. Go to an NS Ticket Machine or an OV-chipkaart collection point to activate your new season ticket.
  7. You can travel immediately with NS Flex Dal Voordeel. If you had remaining credit on your card, we will settle that on your NS Flex invoice.

Do you already have a different NS Flex season ticket, for example NS Flex Weekend Voordeel? You can change your season ticket to NS Flex Dal Voordeel once a month. Do this in Mijn NS.

What do I need to do to travel with a payment card?

You do not need to do anything in advance to travel with your payment card. You do not need to register. You must, of course, have a valid payment card that allows contactless payments.
