Different toilet facilities
Stations have one of three different kinds of toilet facilities, depending on how many passengers use the station.
SANIFAIR
SANIFAIR toilet facilities can only be found at major stations. They are staffed and cost € 1.10 per visit. Cash and contactless payments are both accepted.
After paying, you'll get a €0.50 voucher for a drink, snack or other purchase from our station partners.
Unstaffed toilets
Our medium stations have unstaffed toilet facilities. They have an easy-to-use access system with clear instructions. Our unstaffed toilet facilities cost € 0.50 and accept contactless payments.
Co-operated toilet facilities
Several of our smaller stations have toilet facilities that are co-operated with a third party, such as a cafe, restaurant or a shop. These toilet facilities cost € 0.50 and accept cash and contactless payments.
