Toilets

One last visit to the toilet before your journey begins. The toilets are easy to find, modern, and accessible for passengers with reduced mobility.

How do station toilets work?

This video explains how the toilets at the station work.

Upgraded toilets

We have significantly upgraded our toilets over the past year to ensure your journey from door to door is comfortable.

Our toilets are:

  • Easy to find and accessible to everyone.
  • High-quality and modern, equipped with the latest technology.
  • Clean and safe, so you feel comfortable when you use them.

Different types of toilets

We offer three types of toilets, tailored to the number of travellers at each station. This ensures there is a suitable toilet for everyone.

SANIFAIR

At major stations, you will find SANIFAIR toilets. Staff are present and using the toilet costs € 0.90. You can pay easily with coins or contactless. After your visit, you will receive a € 0.50 voucher to use for a purchase or refreshment with our partners at the station.

Unattended toilets

Medium-sized stations have unattended toilets. Access is granted through a simple system with clear instructions. A visit costs € 0.50 and you can pay contactless.

Toilet in partnership with a facility

At some smaller stations, the toilets are connected to a catering facility or shop. The cost is also € 0.50 here and you can pay with cash or contactless.
