Can you not update the NS app?
Check whether you can update your operating system. Our app does not work on iPhones and iPads running an operating system older than iOS 17, or on phones and tablets running an operating system older than Android 7.0 (Nougat).
Are you using iOS 16?
We no longer support this version of the operating system. You can still use the app, but you cannot update it to the latest version. Some parts of the app may therefore stop working.
We take security seriously
We want to make sure you use our app on a device that is secure. Devices with an old operating system no longer receive security updates.
That is why we do not support older versions of iOS and Android. You therefore cannot download the latest version of the NS app on devices that are too old.
