Do you feel unsafe in the bicycle storage? At the entrance gates you will find a control room button with which you can immediately contact our control room.
Do you need immediate help from police or ambulance? Always call 112 immediately.
This way we can help quickly and ensure you feel safe while parking and picking up your bike.

My bike has been stolen or damaged
Has your bike been stolen from an NS bicycle storage? How unfortunate! Read what you can do per type of parking.
Guarded bicycle parking
Has your bike been stolen or damaged in a guarded bicycle parking? Report this as soon as possible to the manager of the bicycle parking.
Self-service bicycle parking
Has your bike been stolen in a self-service bicycle parking? Then report to the control room via the control room button. Or contact our Customer Service.

Do you notice misuse or other unwanted use in the bicycle parking? Let us know. You can report this via our Customer Service.

Cancel guarded parking
Do you have an annual season ticket for a guarded bicycle parking with service staff? Then send us your season ticket sticker by mail to cancel your season ticket.
Also send your name, address, phone number, and OV-chip card number.
Then send your cancellation to:

After we have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation email. We send this email to the address linked to the bicycle parking season ticket.
If you cancel your season ticket, you will often get money back. We will automatically transfer this amount to you.
