Accidentally checked in or out with your payment card
Sometimes you accidentally check in or out with your payment card. For example, if your OV-chipkaart and payment card are in the same wallet the gate may scan your payment card instead of your OV-chipkaart. Always present only one card.
In many cases you can get a refund. Complete the questionnaire and you will know immediately.
