NS and AI
In order to improve our services and make travel easier and more efficient, we make use of artificial intelligence (AI). Examples include the seat-finder in the NS app, or sensors in our trains that indicate when maintenance is necessary.
AI is having an increasing impact globally, and the Netherlands cannot fall behind. That's why we've launched Kickstart AI together with our partners Ahold Delhaize, ING, KLM and Philips. With Kickstart AI, we aim to promote and stimulate joint knowledge, talent and innovation, such as by collaborating with universities, expanding our knowledge of AI with the national AI course, and by organising challenges.
