Termination or Cancellation of your annual season ticket

Questions about terminating or cancelling your NS Bicycle storage season ticket.


Guarded and self-service bicycle storage facilities

Cancelling a guarded storage season ticket purchased at the storage facility

If you purchased your season ticket at the storage facility, you can inform the attendant on duty that you would like to cancel your season ticket. Use the form at the bottom of this page to request a refund for the remainder of your season ticket amount.

Cancelling a guarded storage season ticket purchased online

If you would like to cancel a guarded storage season ticket you purchased online, you can do so by sending us your season ticket sticker in the post. Please include your name, address, telephone number, and OV-chipkaart number. The address is:

You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request at the e-mail address provided (see your personal profile at Mijn NS). The amount remaining on your season ticket will be refunded to your account automatically.

Cancelling self-service storage purchased online

If you would like to cancel your current season ticket, simply call our Customer Service at tel.: 030 – 7515155. We are standing by day and night to assist you.

Cancelling a season ticket for Amersfoort Schothorst and Hilversum Sportpark

To cancel your self-service storage season ticket for the stations Amersfoort Schothorst and Hilversum Sportpark, simply send your access pass and a complete refund request form (available at the bottom of the page) to the address below. Please attach your card to a sturdy surface, and use a sturdy envelope!

Upon receipt of your access pass, we will refund the remainder of your season ticket amount, along with the € 20 deposit for the access pass.

Cancelling storage on account

If you would like to cancel storage on account, simply call our Customer Service at tel.: 030 – 7515155. We are standing by day and night to assist you. 

Bicycle lockers

Terminating a season ticket

In order to terminate your bicycle locker season ticket, you must send us the key to the locker and a filled in refund form. You can find the refund form at the bottom of this page. Use a sturdy envelope and attach the key to a solid background. The address is:

Upon receipt, we will reimburse the overpaid amount and the € 40 deposit for the key.

Cancelling a reservation

Are you on the waiting list for a bicycle locker, but no longer need one? Then we would greatly appreciate it if you let NS Customer Service know.

Reimbursement payment

If a season ticket ends early, you are entitled to reimbursement. This reimbursement is made for the period up to the date that the season ticket is terminated. The remaining amount, as well as the deposit, will be reimbursed to the account number you have given us within 6 weeks. Under Calculating reimbursement payment you can see how much you will receive as reimbursement.
