If engineering work means we advise you to travel with a different operator, your NS ticket will usually be valid with that operator. You check in and out with them and will not pay extra, provided you follow the instructions.
For example, if you travel by metro, you use your NS ticket but must check in and out both on the metro and with NS at your departure and arrival stations.

If you have overpaid, check the questionnaire to find out if you can claim a refund.
