Cancelling a bicycle storage season ticket
If you want to cancel an annual NS bicycle storage season ticket, the method for doing so depends on whether you are using a secure or self-service bicycle storage facility.
Cancelling a secure bicycle storage facility
If you have an annual season ticket for a secure bicycle storage facility with service attendants, you will need to send us your season ticket sticker by post in order to cancel your season ticket. Make sure to include your name, address, telephone number and OV-chipkaart number as well.
Send your cancellation to: NS Fiets BV, Cancellation Department, PO Box 2572, 3500 GN Utrecht.
Once we have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email. We will send this to the email address linked to your bicycle storage season ticket.
In many cases, you will receive a refund upon cancelling your season ticket. We will automatically transfer this amount to you.
Cancelling a self-service storage facility
If you have an annual season ticket for a self-service bicycle storage facility, please contact our Customer Service department to cancel your season ticket.
