This is how to cancel your business subscription
You can cancel your business subscription one month after taking out your subscription. You can cancel your subscription in Mijn NS Zakelijk under “My NS Business Card”.
As a self-employed person you do this in Mijn NS Zakelijk for contact persons under “Manage cards and cardholders”.
Have you cancelled your subscription?
Then collect your cancellation at an NS ticket machine at the station. You will receive an e-mail from us with more information about this.
Keep travelling with your NS-Business Card
You can also continue to travel with your NS-Business Card without a subscription. You then pay per month for the journeys you make.
