Service provision for transport concessions
Multiple carriers operate on the Dutch rail network. Via procurement, they acquire transport concessions for sharing the network. Sometimes, when a concession period ends, a change of carrier takes place. If another carrier takes over a route, then NS Reizigers will provide this carrier with certain services.
Which services are provided?
This service pertains to the use of:
- Webservice Route and Pricing (WRP)
- Passagepassen for BTS
- Information provision for personnel at passenger stations
