Terminating or cancelling door-to-door services

Going to and from the station with your own bicycle, an OV-fiets, the Zonetaxi, Greenwheels or using the bus, tram or metro. You can cancel several door-to-door services online.

Cancelling door-to-door services

You can cancel door-to-door services like OV-fiets season tickets or bicycle storage season tickets in your personal online environment under the heading 'cancel'. Here you can also see the date up to which you have paid. After cancellation we will send you a confirmation email to the address that you have registered with us (see your personal online environment). Please note: you will only receive a refund if you cancel your season ticket 7 days after closing it and you have not yet received a sticker.

Storage on account remains active until you cancel it. You can do this at any time via Mijn deur tot deur.

Cancelling an annual bicycle storage season ticket

You can cancel your bicycle storage season ticket through the storage proprietor or via your personal online environment on ns.nl/mijndeurtotdeur. For more information go to Cancel an NS bicycle storage season ticket

Cancelling a booking with the Zonetaxi

You can cancel a booking with the Zonetaxi online until 15 minutes before the appointed time at nszonetaxi.nl (in Dutch). If you cancel later than this you will be charged a fee.
