King's Day in Amsterdam
Every year on 27 April, Amsterdam turns completely orange to celebrate the King's birthday! Every corner of the city will be hosting events, activities, music and open-air markets. If you have children, bring them along to the children's market in the Vondelpark. The city centre of course offers countless events of all sizes. The major dance events are all located outside the city centre, and are easily accessible by train.
