Lost or stolen OV-chipkaart with a season ticket

If your OV-chipkaart or NS-Business Card is lost or stolen, then you can request a replacement card. If you need your season ticket, but your replacement card has not yet arrived, you can request temporary travel. Temporary travel is not available for the NS Business Card. Read more below.

Lost or stolen NS Business Card with a season ticket

If your NS Business Card is lost or stolen, please block your card as quickly as possible via Mijn NS Zakelijk. You can also immediately request a new NS-Business Card. The new card should arrive within 7 days. You can also declare any travels you make until the new card arrives.

OV-chipkaart with season ticket

If your OV-chipkaart is lost or stolen, please block your card as quickly as possible via via www.ov-chipkaart.nl. You can also immediately request a new OV-chipkaart. 

While you are waiting for your replacement card, you can continue to use your season ticket by downloading a temporary variant of your season ticket to a temporary personal or anonymous chipkaart.

Intercity direct Altijd Toeslagvrij

Do you have an Intercity direct Altijd Toeslagvrij season ticket? Then you can request a refund from NS for the full amount that you have spent on Intercity direct supplements since the first day of waiting for your new card.
