Lost or stolen OV-chipkaart with a season ticket

If your OV-chipkaart or NS-Business Card is lost or stolen, then you can request a replacement card. If you need your season ticket, but your replacement card has not yet arrived, you can request temporary travel. Temporary travel is not available for the NS-Business Card. Read more below.

Lost or stolen NS-Business Card with a season ticket

If your NS-Business Card is lost or stolen, please block your card as quickly as possible via Mijn NS Zakelijk. You can also immediately request a new NS-Business Card. The new card should arrive within 7 days. You can also declare any travels you make until the new card arrives.

OV-chipkaart with season ticket

If your OV-chipkaart is lost or stolen, please block your card as quickly as possible via via www.ov-chipkaart.nl. You can also immediately request a new OV-chipkaart. 

While you are waiting for your replacement card, you can continue to use your season ticket by downloading a temporary variant of your season ticket to a temporary personal or anonymous chipkaart.

Intercity direct Altijd Toeslagvrij

Do you have an Intercity direct Altijd Toeslagvrij season ticket? Then you can request a refund from NS for the full amount that you have spent on Intercity direct supplements since the first day of waiting for your new card.
