Money debited by NLOV
Do you see a debit on your bank account that starts with NLOV followed by 14 numbers and letters? Then you have travelled by checking in and out with your debit card. The debit comes from OVpay, to whom you paid your travel expenses.
Accidentally checked in or out with debit card
Sometimes you accidentally check in or out with your debit card. For example, if your OV-chipkaart and bank card are in a wallet together. The gate will then scan your bank card instead of your OV-chipkaart. Always offer only one card.
In many cases, however, you can get your money back. Fill in the questionnaire and you will know immediately.
