Request a Toegangspas if you work for ProRail, NS Stations, a rail-related company or other (private) carriers.


How to order a pass

Request a pass via the yellow Request Toegangspas button. Through that web portal, order a pass free of charge. Passes are sent out within 5 to 10 working days of application.

How do I use an access pass?

You may only use the Toegangspas to access the station to carry out work. The pass provides access for 1 person.

Frequently asked questions

  • How long is a pass valid?

    The pass is valid for two years.

  • My pass has (almost) expired

    A few months before your pass expires, you'll receive an e-mail at the e-mail address you first used to request the pass. This will tell you how to apply for a new pass.

  • How many passes can I order?

    There is no maximum of passes you can order per company.

  • I work on behalf of ProRail. What do I need to supply to order a Toegangspas?

    To carry out work on behalf of ProRail in zone A or B under NVW, you must hold a Digitaal Veiligheidspaspoort (DVP) (Digital Safety Passport). Apply for a pass by  uploading a copy of your DVP with your application.

  • Are there agreements between ProRail and NS on access at the station?

    The access agreement with ProRail includes agreements on access control facilities to the stations and platforms. These are public.
